Computer Guy
Welcome to Computer Guy Web Page
We are moving to a new booth, corner of Aisle E and Aisle B at the Food Court area.

I need help !
My name is Bill Martin. I have operated a computer store at Peachtree Peddlers Flea Market for the past 10 years. I have done repairs and upgrades for thousands of customers and have had a very successful relationship with many people at the Flea Market. They tell me that my name is posted on the Delta Airlines Bulletin board that says "If you need a honest and reliable person to repair your computer, take it to Bill Martin at Peachtree Peddlers Flea Market"
Over the past 10 years, many people have traded in old computers and some have donated their old computer to me for my "Needy Children’s Computer Christmas Fund"
Why
I need help…..I am planning on down-sizing my store at Peachtree Peddlers Flea Market and found that I have approximately 200 old computers that are trade-ins and donations as well as older computers from other sources.
What I want to do is
…… repair and fix-up the old computers to run, with an operating system that can be used by Retirement Home Folks, Orphan Homes, Church Homes, Community Organizations, Needy Children, etc.I want to rent a Mini-Warehouse to store all these computers and plan to work on the computers this fall and winter to get them up and running with a monitor, mouse, Keyboard and speakers. Some or most of the computers will be capable of getting on the internet.
My goal is to fix up
50 computers that I can donate to the needy people.I need help
on finding the best people to give these 50 computers to.I need help
in locating more monitors, as I will be short on having enough monitors to go with the 50 computers that I want to fix up and donate.I need help
in doing the repairs. I was thinking that some local high schools that have a student computer program might help me in the repairs.I am 69 years old and have been very fortunate to have had a wonderful life and would like to give back to people that have not been as lucky as I have been.
If you would like to help me, I will appreciate it.
Please contact me at 770-309-0915 (cellular) or my store (COMPUTER GUY) at Peachtree Peddlers Flea Market in McDonough, Georgia.
Peggy Alexander, Manager of Peachtree Peddlers Flea Market has been very active in community activities and promotions by sponsoring many local events and organizations. Peggy has allowed me an extra 2 weeks to remove the computers from my old location at the market.
Any publicity and assistance will be appreciated.
I look forward to hearing from you and I welcome any suggestions or comments that you may have.
Very truly yours,
